EPC Chief Executive Officer Post

Every Parent & Child (EPC) is looking to recruit our next Chief Executive, who will drive our strategy and ensure the long-term viability of the organisation.

 Salary of £50,000-£54,000 pro rata for 22½ hours (3 days) or 30 hours (4 days) pw, subject to negotiation, + 6% pension contribution. Pro rata 25 days of Annual Leave plus public holidays and flexible or hybrid working.

EPC supports children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities or who require special assistance, and their families, to reintegrate into school or education, their families and the wider community. We do this through evolving interventions that empower children and young people to improve their life chances.

 As our next Chief Executive, previous experience at Chief Executive level is not essential, but you should have strong management experience with a proven and successful record of fundraising/income generation, ideally within the children, young people and families sector.

A highly influential and strategic thinker, your excellent relationship-building and networking capabilities will ensure you identify new opportunities for EPC to work across Enfield and neighbouring boroughs.

As the Chief Executive Officer, you will directly line manage a small staff team and work alongside the Board of Directors to provide governance oversight of staff and resources.  You will also take the lead in shaping the organisational strategic objectives, ensuring that they are delivered on with positive outcomes for children, young people and parents.

Post is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
