ABC Parents CHC Champions Lead Post

Salary: £16,640 per annum (20 hours per week) + 6% employer pension contribution

Location: Enfield & Haringey (based at Community House, Edmonton)
Contract: Fixed term until 31 March 2027 (may be extended subject to funding)

About the Role

Every Parent & Child is seeking a motivated and community-focused Child Health Community Champions Lead to lead the recruitment, development and support of volunteer champions working across the ABC Parents Programme.

You will coordinate a network of community volunteers delivering child health workshops and peer support, ensuring they are well-trained, engaged and effectively deployed. The role involves managing key processes such as recruitment, training, engagement, and compliance, as well as supporting programme delivery and community outreach.

About You

You will have experience in community engagement and volunteer coordination, with strong organisational and communication skills. You will be confident working collaboratively, supporting diverse communities, and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
